Busy week!

cellboyWe are doing our annual apartment inspections, of the 102 units, which involves
1. Checking all smoke detector batteries, labeling the batteries with a current date sticker
2. Checking furnaces, and changing filters.
3. Me and the maintenance are do this alone. Usually this takes 2-3 days to accomplish
New change:
1. PG&E set up a program where they are providing new energy efficient light fixtures, for ceiling, and vanity areas.
2. They are also replacing all shower heads.
3. So with 102 units, we are changing out over 400 fixtures.
4. This will take over a week to accomplish.
5. I follow behind and touch paint the area that the old fixture had covered, since the new fixtures are shorter.
6. PGE has subcontracted an Electrician Company to install the new fixtures
7. The company is owned and the crew of 5 are all Japanese.
8. They are neat, and through, and fast.
9. They are quite cute and hunky too! Yum!
