I'm now old enough to hire millennials. Most of them can't string together three grammatically correct sentences — and these kids went to good, Ivy League (and just below) universities. They've also been conditioned to believe they are perfect and unique snowflakes, and everything should be on 'easy mode', so they're not traumatised that work is, in fact, hard.
