I'm proud of Carlos

cellboyI just want to say how proud I am of my best friend Carlos,![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
sfmijo. He, with the help of friends, wanna be trainers ,Ho and Brian, got Carlos working out at the gym, 3-4 nights a week. With out much change in his eating habits and diet (which will be the next step), he lost 10-12 pounds in 3 weeks. And he already has developed a pretty good bicep (Bitch! Hate genetics!) Congrats! And of course I'm proud of the time he takes out of his valued personal time for the community. Love you!
