while training with my trainer tonight I met through my trainer, a nice hot man.... and his wife. The guy has a phenomenal body. Not huge, but packed with pec, arms, and leg muscle. About 6ft of an adonis bod. And had that sexy rough look about him. His wife is gorgeous; and very much in shape after having 2 kids. Anyway we talked. He said he was spindly with bad posture, had is spine sticking out. But after 10 years of on and off working out..... woof! I asked if he cheated yrs ago (growth hormones), or lucky genetics. He he sorta said yes. He asked how long I was working out. I said, 5-6 months...he said. Wow. Genetics. I needed that. Now I will be more motivated. We talked about Arnold, our governor. How dumb he is. And she said Rod Jeremy would be a better Governor. Not sure why she brought that name up. But it got me thinking. He (and she) look like they could of been in the porn industry.... maybe they are. Or were. He would be worth watching!

As I said before. They gym make ones testosterone and mind pump ;-).
