With my goals of being fit and all, I have really cut down on the beer and drinking as a whole. Usually at the busts, I drink only a few beers, then switch over to sodas or cranberry juice. Since I have been doing this, my tolerance is way low. One or to glasses of red wine, will give me a headache (heartburn too).
So yesterday, I let loose. Mistake. Even though I stopped drinking a few hrs before going home, I woke up with headache (I forgot to drink lots of water before sleep).

With working out I discovered the product No-Explode(order on line). A product that contains agents that energize, prevent muscle fatigue, causes increased vascularity to increase blood flow and oxygen to the tissues, and increase alertness while working out(one does get a bit of a head rush with it). And also to take on off days too. One is to cycle it. Then abstain from taking it for 4 weeks. So I just started on it this month, and forgot that it is also great for hangovers.

I took one drink this morning, with lots of water, and my hangover disappeared in 30 minutes! But I'm still going back to sleep for awhile.
