better news

Looks like mom is doing better. My sister spent all day with her yesterday. The nurse came to see if all ok.Looks like mom is "getting it" as to meds, and everything. She was a whole different person. She just needs some extra attention for awhile. We found a service that can come 3 days a week to make sure all is ok, showering, meds, and other stuff.Price is very reasonalbe. My sister will go the other 2 days until my mom is more on her feet. She does have a bit of dementia. But my sister finally agreed with me. My mom was pushed out into this place from her home of 25 yrs too fast (my sister tends to jump too fast. Hard to control since I am not there). And she was getting depressed. The nurse said that she has some depression, that's why she is not eating, paying attention to meds etc. My mom just needs a bit more hand holding until she gets going. Then her "will" to be back to herself will return. Once the training wheels are off, she will be fine (I hope). I will be up all weekend, visiting her. Which will help.

i have to work saturday

our weeknd staff (one of two) last minute cannot work Saturday.The other person can't either. So I have to. That means I don't go to Sac on Saturday, but that night. So miss mom that for day visit and dinner. So will have to adjust sechedule. Sat gym, see if can meet with trainer 7am. Work 9-6. Eat. Then to Sac late. Off to the Bolt that night on way (since I am going up late :-).

Sunday breakfast visit, and dinner with mom. Do stuff all day with mom. Monday Breakfast lucnch with mom. Go home fairly early to miss commute traffic

That means that I miss Eagle/Star bust this sunday :-(. I my get the withdrawals not going out sunday!!

Bedtime Prayer

I never quite get it. The ones that I am attracted to, don't find me attractive, or are not interested. And if they are, they tend to live millions of miles away. And the ones that I don't find attractive, are attracted to me. Go figure. Maybe this prayer will help. I sure need it :o)
