Right now I'm listening to DJ Cary Stringfellow on Live 365.com; CircuitMix out of San Francisco interesting mixes. (free)

I used to apply Arid roll-on (and other brands) for yrs. But with on and off rashes, I decided to see what happens if I stop. So after a year....
1. No rashes
2. My dress shirts are not ruined or stained by the stuff
3. I sweat less. Seems that my body was getting dependent or addicted to it. I was needing it more often, sweating more often. Now that I have stopped, I sweat less.
4. Feet sweat less. If you block one area of sweating, the body compensates by having another area sweat
5. Just use my favorite soap, Leaver 2000
6. If I have a really stressful meeting coming up I will use it
7. At the end of the day there is a small whiff of "man scent" :)
8. Don't use at the gym. The locker room smells like a whore house with Old Spice smells, yuk!
9. On weekends, to give my body a big break, no underwear (more tmi), and no deodorant. Of course that applies when going out on the town as well(underwear is worn for dress clothes/suits only on weekends)
10. Drinking lots of water helps clean your system of toxins too.
11. If I do stink too much, please let me know :)
Girls. Please, when out on a date, please forgo the deodorant. There is nothing more unappealing than going down on someone's pit, and getting a big taste or glob of deodorant on your tongue... That is not the drug of my choice ;)
