I'm off sechedule
Feb. 13th, 2008 01:16 pmMy new schedule is off. My gym trainer just re did my workout routines to concentrate on arms, legs, chest and shoulders (especially arms this time...need them to grow). Instead of 2 days off, I am to work out every day except Thursdays. And if the sets and/or supersets are done correctly and seriously, I can be in and out of the gym in 45 minutes to one hour (my trainer says 30 minutes..not). My trainer is setting up a time for me to meet a sports nutritionist Max Muscle, to work on my diet, maybe change the whey protein powders, etc.. so I can bulk up more. My trainer wants me to later try TREN, what ever that is.
So.....
1. After moving furniture last weekend for Mom, I was pooped, so Monday I slept in past 6am, and did not do the gym that night (I had a dinner date that night, and worked out in a different way ;).....tmi.
2. Tuesday morning... slept in again...but went to gym.... too too packed..... but what eye candy!!!
3. Wednesday morning.. my hand hit the alarm,,,, slept again.. so off to gym tonight. Better not be too crowded. I need to do dead lifts (only 2 bars). I hate waiting
4. Off for lunch. Low fat turkey ham and cheese sandwitch, carrots, flax seed chips and a protein drink and apple.
With IBR this week/weekend the gym thing may have to hold off on serious workouts till next week :)
