Quirky, offbeat, and even a little campy - your life appeals to a select few.

But if someone's obsessed with you, look out! Your fans are downright freaky.

Your best movie matches: Office Space, Showgirls, The Big Lebowski

Yesterday my trainer worked me on my chest. Power and super sets. My seated and lying dumbbell presses gains have tripled in the last 2 months! And that's is with a cold. I expect to press up to 80 plus lbs in the next month or so. (my legs however have really gotten stronger- an easy 435, with a cold). Pretty good for a 53 54 yr old novice. And my trainer said I am really getting noticeable muscle definition; it's showing. We also did flys, shrugs, etc....

Mistake: With my new found cold since Friday, I maybe should not of trained. So this morning it is worse. Now a bit in the chest, and clogged ears. No! I am losing days! (That's what I get for running around shirtless at IBR) I know if I rest, I won't loose more gym days, but I get ancey. I canceled this mornings training.
I have checked on Bodybuilding.com, and articles related to working out with colds etc. Mixed bag of opinions. Some say if it is from the neck up , work out. If your cold is from the neck down, don't. Some do whatever. I think I will chain myself to the house, stay in (Yes girls, I am missing the Eagle and Star). It is pouring out and windy anyway.

I always get a lump in my throat, when they reflect on the past awards during the 80 yrs, and when they honor those that have died recently. Not only does it remind me of such talent past and present, but also how fast time flies, and how short life really is.
