Cut Down on Carbs?
Jul. 11th, 2008 08:02 am1. I was very disappointed at the gym. Bench was too weak. Gads! What happened? So I did lots of power sets and negatives with my trainer instead.
2.Guess I should of not had spaghetti last night?
3. And did not eat oatmeal or cereal before gym.
Trainer says too many carbs can be the problem?????
4. Tomorrow I have a dilemma. My friend hosts a Gay/Lesbian Pot Luck every yr. He kept telling me about it coming up. I sort of forgot.
5. Last week, my trainer asked me to go to see my first bodybuilding contest.
6.I said yes, before I got the formal "evite" to the BBQ. I could go to both, but my trainer, straight, does not really know about me (ha!), or the type of party it is.... so..... do I take him to BBQ anyway? Tell him my best friend is gay (and is a BOB-big old bottom LOL).
BBQ starts at 3, and need to be down to contest by 4. They have lots of booths, get to meet Ronny Coleman etc..
Also, this contest allows steroids. This I have to see. Big freaky men and women. Some hot ones I am sure :)
Maybe I will just take my trainer to the party with a "heads up".
