Today was "leg day" at the gym. More reps, less weight
1. Conditioning, not PR's was the plan
2. Leg extensions first, on the LE machine.
3. Leg presses, less weight used, more reps. 14 plates (45 lbs each). 20 reps, 4-5 sets
4. Lunges. Lunges across the room with 20 lb dumbbells (ouch)
5. Hamstring curls.
Conclusion: I hate (loath) lunges.
