What's Cooking?
Mar. 3rd, 2010 08:37 pmBack from the gym and need to eat quick, cheap, and easy.

I saw this recipe on The Biggest Loser"
This may look like a car accident but this is good and easy;
1. Take one cooked chicken boneless, skinless breast (if partially broiled or grilled, saute in oil to finish cooking)
2. Add Mushrooms (fresh or canned) and saute. (Option: Add Sea Salt, and Dried Italian Seasoning, pepper)
3. Add one 14-16 oz can of Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes with Garlic
4. Simmer 10 minutes.
5. You can sprinkle with graded Parmesan cheese
Chicken Cacciatore, Zucchini, and Brown Rice (pasta is a better match). Low on fat, high on protein.
I am just dying to have lots of bread and butter with this.
