Jan. 4th, 2009
1. Gym second day in over 2 weeks of being absent. I have lost some of my strength, in bicep curls, but know it will come back. Did good chest stuff on Sat, and shoulder & biceps today. I know I am still stronger. I helped maintenance move heavy doors. He was struggling, I wasn't. Last yr it was the opposite :)
2. I always wonder how many days to give the bicep a rest, vs legs, back, etc?
3. Off to Eagle for the first time in 3 weeks. I feel like a virgin again ;)
4. And to hopefully meet 2 biker types I met on DH at the Eagle or Star beer bust (Woof!)
5. I have decided to force myself to do gym early before work. Working out after work screws me up.
6. I eat too late, and if any social stuff pops up, I am usually too pooped
7. Now that my trainer is working a new job he is flexible. So I will be working with him Friday night and Saturday morning. So now if I go out on Saturday nights.... I can sleep in or "whatever" on Sunday mornings.
8. And I must tell myself, I am not going to make gym my life, but go to the gym for life.
