this morning

I am running slow. I am going to Update my OS-X. I backed everything up (lost two files:), so hope I don't run into problems like last time. If you don't hear from me....I had problems :(

did fine. But why does facebook homepage take forever to upload? I use Firefox.

This is my home gym Physique Magnifique. Small, and never packed. Owners nice. And everyone says hello. Sunday there were 3 people, including me. My other gym Bally's, is huge, and except for a small serious group, it is packed with young kids, cruising, talking, or sitting on the machines talking on their cellphones. Plus no one racks the weights. This gym is always neat. I like this small gym.
