This is my home gym Physique Magnifique. Small, and never packed. Owners nice. And everyone says hello. Sunday there were 3 people, including me. My other gym Bally's, is huge, and except for a small serious group, it is packed with young kids, cruising, talking, or sitting on the machines talking on their cellphones. Plus no one racks the weights. This gym is always neat. I like this small gym.
Of the old and new machines, this old chest machine still is in much use by some serious competitors.
An old a popular shoulder machine
There is also this area, and area for Karate, Ti Chi, and in the basement downstairs, there is a weightlifting area and boxing ring, and more machines.
