1. Last night I decided to do the "Forced Fever" thing, which I did yrs ago, which worked
2. In other words, get your body temp up high as to break the fever/virus.
3. So I thew myself in a hot tub last night, and slowly upped the bath water to scalding.
4. Soaked, or should I say boiled until by body temp reached 103.4.
5. Twenty minutes later I got out, wrapped in a warm robe, got under the blankets and cooled down slowly. I slept great!
6. This morning it worked. Back to 98.5 and feeling good.
7. On my way to the bedroom this morning I jammed my little toe on a chair leg. Ouch! Can we say black and blue? It's the toe on the foot that I fractured a few months ago. :(
8. I'm a mess!
