Accomplished, somewhat. I found it!
Feb. 7th, 2010 06:21 pm1. After an very good, focused, and hard workout with my trainer this morning (my arms felt like putty after), and eating a high protein breakfast,
2. It was off to the Castro to meet Mark, and help Patrick (he only has one leg) move some furniture and a TV out to the sidewalk for trash pickup (now his curb looks like an Oakland street (LOL).
I also went to Injeanious to buy 3 cute tank tops and sexy underwear (Caution: Everything is smaller fit than is marked. Of course! Its the Castro. Men wear tighter clothes there (LOL). So my medium to large size became an extra large (which will shrink to a large).
3. I decided to take a chance and go to Costco near the Eagle to see if they had my camera. If they did, I would purchase it then go to the beer bust. They didn't
4. So I decided to try the other Costco, near SFO airport (that;s a good one, less crowded(like the Hayward Commercial one). They only had the display model available. He said there system is not quite up to par with stock updates. But Foster City has 8 of them,
5. The nice thing about SF and the peninsula is that there is a Costco, almost every 10 miles as you drive south to San Jose.
6. So I went to FC, and just as I entered the store, Super Bowl was starting. Wow! Watching it on 20+ flat screens all at once was awesome!
7. They had the camera. They also convinced me to upgrade my card for $33, so I get 3% back at the end of the year (they send a check!). I spent over $2000 year to date already! And most of that is contact lenses (and that is the cheapest place to buy them).
8. So by the time I got home, it was a bit late to go back into SF. I got the camera set up, playing with it (taking nasty pics to see how well it does on close ups :).
9. I can't believe after all these years I never upgraded. This is a nifty cam :)
10. I am done shopping. Thank God!
11. Tonight I am ironing some shirts (I can't believe so many gay men can't iron a shirt, or even sew a button)
