Saturday at home?
Mar. 20th, 2010 10:02 pm1. After circling the blocks several times I finally found parking (non meter parking), in the alley across from the Lone Star (down from the old Ambush Bar, if you old timers remember that place)
2. I got there too late to help with the raffle. Friend Mark was doing it and done by the time I got there. Oh well :(
3. It was packed for a Saturday. It was nice to catch up friends, with Noel, who I hardly see, and his ex friend who was there later on (Winfrey). And up from the peninsula, it was good to see
urbear too! Weather got a bit chilly, so it was time to head home. I was tired (from last night and from this morning)
4. As I said to Noel, I am not doing anything tonight. He mentioned he was beat and going home and to bed. And he is only in his early 40's)
5. I mentioned to him, that when we were younger, it was blasphemy to say you were in for the night on a Saturday. One never stays home. Even if you have to go out alone, one must go.
6. Well I'm older now, so there! I'm off to sleep.
7. Tomorrow is a busy day!
