Update on the other thing,

Since I have rarely been posting these past few weeks here is whats happening.
1. My trainer is killing me. In a completely different way this time.
2. But that's a good thing.
3. He got his job stuff sorted out. Actually he got fired (which he wanted). And got a new one at St Marys Hospital, and the second job starts next week.
4. So for the past few weeks he has not jilted me. We have been meeting regularly. At 7 am! And being off work this week, we have met every morning.
5. I'm working out so early, that by 2pm I am ready for bed! Or a serious nap.
6. We are doing totally different stuff. Super-sets lighter weights, different kinds of motions/exercises, to trick the muscle for building.
7. Although my weak point, I gained 1/2 inch in biceps with in a month (they are still embarrassingly small from my point of view, so I am not telling the measurement o_O )
8. I shot up 5-10 lbs in weight, but on my weekends off, I nix the protein powders, jack up the "natural stuff", like egg whites, so by Monday, those 5-10 lbs are lost. So Must be water weight (lots of sodium in that stuff).
9. I used to love doing leg stuff, but lately with the new routines, ugh!
10. So tomorrow morning, my last day of training for the week, we work on legs (squats with increased reps, and who knows what.
11. We end the training with the worst thing.... Lunges!! 10-12 sets!!!!
12. Hate em!
13. Aside from my arms increasing in size, my butt is firming up quite nicely and getting more rounded (someone said I have a bubble butt :)
14. Hummm. Guess I'd better start liking lunges :)
15. Off to bed. Early day and going out on the town Friday night! Woo hooo!!!
