Fall is in the air

I forgot to take photos of my balcony corner flowers, during the summer, when all was really growing prolifically. Looks like fall is in the air. My lobelia and geraniums were huge, with the lobelia covering and hiding the bases of all the flowerpots. They were starting to turn dead brown (due to cooler weather, and my forgetting to water one or two weekends). So I gave them a "hair cut", which will spurt some growth through most of December. The plants on the other side of the balcony such as my lilac are starting to lose their leaves. And my Christmas Cactus is already blooming (3-4 months early).
Every morning and afternoon humming birds and small finches, visit my waterfall for a drink.
