Saturday morning on KGO Talk radio, the sports guy, and 5 guests were discussing Gay men in professional sports, specifically football and baseball. Ideas that for women, it is easier to come out, than men in professional sports. You may not be into sports, but this might be a good reason to turn to the sports network. This will be airing for most of the month.

What's up with the weather?

1. It's been absolutely delightful!
2. 80 degrees today! Probably broke records for this time of month!
3. I was ordered to turn off the pool heat at Halloween. I didn't.
4. Weather too nice, and why not allow the kids to enjoy a bit of summer a little longer
5. By Wednesday, the change will come. They are forecasting cold, rain, and snow in the Sierras by the weekend. Perfect snuggle weather :)
6. Yesterday evening, and today, my stomach has been feeling queasy. With two of my friends sick with flu as of Saturday... I'm taking it easy. Can't afford to get sick.
7. No gym tonight. Not even a treadmill
8. Speaking of gym, my friend (Mr Muscle) messaged me that he joined 24hr fitness.
9. Think he has been off the gym circuit for sometime (wouldn't know it). Maybe my "woofing" at his flexing biceps helped.......He did responded with a smile, "Maybe I need to work out more!".
10. Glad he is. Think this will be good for him, to get back on track physically.
11. Works well for the mental aspect too. You know, that Endorphin rush and all. Feeling better about oneself.
12. Hopefully we will get to work out together sometime. Since he was a certified trainer(and licensed nutritiousness), I certainly willing to learn new stuff.
13. Speaking of nutrition. I bought some Catfish tonight, and need to figure out how to cook it in a tasty way :)
