The weekend and week so far
May. 7th, 2013 10:29 am1. Last week at work was the usual. More 30 day notices, more reports to generate, the usual :(
2. Friday I was not really in the mood to go out, but I did anyway. Even friend Mark remarked that it was an odd evening and crowd. The energy seemed off.
3. I actually did not stay out too long. Had my 3 beers, then was home early, and asleep by 10:30 pm
4. Up early to meet Tom and Lee at the gym (Fitness SF/ Soma), we had a good hard arm workout.
5. Home later, to do a bit of errands, it was back to SF, on BART, to meet Jack, Cody, Ho, Tom, and Lee for a mid day lunch at Mels Drive-in on Mission Street, then see the new movie Iron Man 3 at the Metreon.
6. Nice thing was that we were able to get reserved seating. Soooo much easier than waiting in line!
7. I thought the movie was a bit slow at the beginning, but it was really good. (Ho thought the 3-D stuff was weak. Not enough images jumping out at you. Just a normal 3-D movie)
8. After we hit the Castro for a couple hours, met up with Alejandro and his new BF Dana at 440.
9. The plans for Sunday were to go to Ho's house for a nice brunch. Mark offered to make us a wonderful brunch to thank us for helping out at the Bare Chest Calendar event. Mark being an excellent chef, made some wonderful crepes. Side dishes of fruit, heirloom tomatoes, and some wonderful sparkling water from Italy (that has not hit the market yet, that his company will be distributing to the local restaurants soon). Later we were off to the Eagle (the food there looked really scary, comparing it to our wonderful brunch). And after 440 for a bit. Home early to watch the finalle of Amazing Race.
10. Work so far not too busy.... but it's only Tuesday!

Saturday afternoon at 440 Castro (me, Ho choking Cody, Dana)
