the weekend and week so far
Jun. 4th, 2013 08:07 am1. It's been really busy these past few days. Our Maintenance Sup is gone, after 11 yrs of being here, so I should be stressing, but for some odd reason I'm not. Yet. Today I start pouring over the over 20 resumes, and get the interviewing process rolling. Our temp for now is doing OK, but it's not the same, and he needs constant monitoring. As if I have the time :(. But he has worked here before, and his dad is the maintenance tech at our sister property, so he is trustworthy.
2. Last Friday it was a mad rush up to SF for my quarterly appointment at Magnet. It was a bit earlier on the quarterly schedule, but since I went to those two "parties", I figure, why not. :P
3. The new guy at the front desks is really cute. And my nurse too! It's the only medical type of place I feel comfortable flirting! LOL. I felt the need to donate there that night, for their wonderful service. I really like that place and staff. I wish I had time to volunteer there.
4. After Magnet, I met Cody, Tom, and Lee at 440, the off to FORK for dinner.
5. Late Friday afternoon my weekend person, called to tell me his aunt died and he could not work that weekend. Oy! Good thing Carlos, my other weekend person was able to cover some hours. I had to work a couple hours on Saturday, and most of the day Sunday.
6. Since I had to last minute work on Saturday, the day began early meeting Tom and Lee at my place, and heading south to , San Gregorio Beach. Tom had a 4 pm appt in SF later that day, and since I also had to work late afternoon, it worked perfectly. We were able to get some sun, kite fly, and end the early afternoon again at Barbars Fish Trap in Princeton-by-the Sea for some Clam Chowder. Yum! We had asked others to join us, but they were busy with other plans, and kiddingly we stated some of the SF Queens are too afraid to leave SF. If they do, they might explode! LOL
7. Cutting it close I was home, changed into my dress pants and shirt, with bathing suite underneath, to actually have a busy afternoon. In fact it was pretty busy at work all weekend.
8. Sunday was work. I had planned to go to the AEF Dance after work, but with work, I was running late, so I nixed it. I stayed home, and was in bed asleep by 9:30 pm! That felt good!
9. I was able to still make it to the gym in SF over the weekend. I went by myself, Lee my workout bud was too busy. I was able to go early enough where it was not too crowded. And of course eye candy everywhere. And the "Juiced guys" group is always there. They are too big!
10. This weekend I will be up at the R3, at the Russian River, for Daddy Ray's (Tipsy Tilton) big 50th birthday bash. All of his friends, Mama's Family, have the hotel booked. Will be sharing room with , Mama, Ho, Tom, Carlos, etc. Looks like it's sleep on the floor sleeping bag time
11. Well off to eat breakfast, and to work! Happy Tuesday everyone!

Me, Lee, Tom at the beach. As usual I get sunburned :(
