Friday chill

With work being a pill yesterday, and most of last week, I stayed in last night. Made a huge bowl of popcorn and watched two ok past movies, Witches of Eastwick (Jack Nicholsen, Cher, Michelle Pfeiffer and Susan Sarandon are so good), and the chick flick, The Wedding Planner (I actually got teary eyed! I could relate to Jennifer Lopez's character LOL! ). I like the fact that it was filmed at familiar places, San Francisco, and at the Filoli Estate in Woodside (Michelle Pfeiffer (Kelly) moved to Woodside a few yrs ago), CA (they have great garden tours and concerts!), and some of my other local haunts that I grew up near.

Although a late start, I did meet up with Lee and Tom for some light (light due to my shoulder) biceps and triceps workout at Fitness/SF Soma. The gym was unusually packed for a late morning,and crawling with eye-candy. On way out was able to chat with a few friends. I still don't get it. If you walk buy a guy who is also walking by, and you nod or give him a slight smile, wouldn't you expect a smile or nod in return. This gay gym is so stuck up. Must be the juice their using LOL. I get more smiles, hello's and a friendly nod from the guys in my straight gym. LOL
