It's just another annoying reminder and step in getting older (LOL). But your right. My parents belong. When my dad was suffering with ALS, the AARP insurance was great. It covered the deductibles 100%. Plus savings on lots other medical supplies. It is really a very strong organization, protecting rights of seniors :)
