I went to the gym this am. To do Dead Lifts. My lower back is pretty strong, but was bothering me a bit last week. So I did lots of stretches etc, but I forgot my belt. So thought I would lift light. Wrong! I pulled something in my lower back, nerve or something. Feel it when I inhale and twist(lower left, over the Kidney). Well that puts me off a couple of days! Damn! ALWAYS WEAR YOUR BELT! So hot baths today. And no drugs (unless it gets worse) :(

And what else is bothering me. My Mind. I guess with Moms health, work, etc, I am preoccupied.
1. Lost my lifting straps once at the gym
2. Forgot my Belt at the gym, had to buy a new one
3. Just lost my favorite gym cup yesterday. Left on a treadmill
4. What next? LOL

And this is great timing. I may have a date tomorrow night, and I will be the TOP. Oh my aching back! Maybe he will let me bottom. Less work on the back. ;) But I don't think he's versatile. :(
