1. Unfortunately I have to finish up some work that was due at 6pm, 2 hrs ago. And miss going to SF to enjoy the nice night time weather. Reason:
2. We are converting to a new Rent Roll system (AMSI to OneSite). We had to input pages of info on simple Excel sheets.
3. For some odd reason, later on, the numbers I kept trying to input came out as dates. Yes, I unprotected the application, changed the cell format to General as were the formats of the previous cells, but it just wouldn't save. Kept automatically changing to a date entry.
4. I am pretty savvy with Excell (one of my faves). So my maintenance man, who is not too computer or internet savvy says, walks in the office and says, "try Text." It worked. I felt stupid.
5. Lesson. When feeling frustrated. Take a break, and go back to it later.
6. Thank God I know how to access our corporate email via the exchange. I can now do this on my computer, which I always feel more comfortable with
7. It has been almost 2 weeks of no gym, and I am just starting back. It's like starting over.
8 I worked on conditioning the chest. Flat, Incline, decline bench presses. MAN! I was only able to lift what I could only lift months ago. Well I did 4 different exercises, 12 reps, 4 sets. Began and ended my session with 7 minute treadmill.
9. Of course I felt like a stupid weakling. The hunks next to me were doing presses with huge weights, then drop sets.
10. Yes. I know. We all have our strong and weak days. But I felt intimidated with Mr. Big Guns next to me (woof!)
11. I meet my trainer at the Old Style gym Sat, Sun Mon. Can't wait!
12. The man that canceled our dinner date on Wednesday said he would call tomorrow. He canceled, so guess the ball is in his court.
13.If I don't hear from him, I am thinking of going to San Gregorio (nude beach). I am ready for a good first of the year burn :)

Date: 2008-04-12 05:15 am (UTC)7. One thing my trainer did say is it is not always the amt of lbs you lift. Sometime less weight and more reps are good. Negatives, drop set, etc are good. Need to trick the muscle. That is the only way it grows. Sounds like your doing fine on all that.
