1. Gym this morning. My trainer had me do super sets, with machines, and dumbbells, working on delts. And finally towards the end, biceps. On the biceps he had me super setting so much, that even 10lbs was a chore towards the end. Fatigue.
2. To give me incentive, while doing the bicep curls, I kept looking at a cute short, tattooed and muscle packed Latino across the room (he does competitions), working on his big guns. Woof!
3. After gym went to Trader Joes to get food. Too much food (never shop on empty stomach and after working out!)
4. Had my usual weekend, 6-7 egg white omelet (with one egg yoke), with 50% fat swiss, salsa, diced Canadian bacon, and spinach. Two toasts with peanut butter, and honey and molasses. I had no dinner. Last night...
5. With 2 weeks off from the gym (during that time my nerve in shoulder was hurting- Chiro says it's an easy quick orthoscopic fix). But now that I am working out, it is getting better! More conditioned I guess.
6. During my two weeks off gym, I lost 5 lbs? Maybe because I cut back on Protein Supps, and food a bit? Maybe it was water weight.
7. My trainer and I are meeting tomorrow at 6 am gym. Then tomorrow night, I owe him a dinner. Then he may come over to my place and work on his resume.
8.That reminds me. I need to go to Rock Hard, and use my gift cert. I need to get some lube.
9. This Apple mouse is driving me crazy! The scroll ball can only move down! I have cleaned, rubbed it on pant legs, and tapped it (that usually works), but no luck. Off to the Apple Store.
