Off today and gym
Apr. 25th, 2008 09:30 amMet with my trainer at 6 am. For giving my back a break for 2 weeks, I actually was able to leg press 485lbs, 12 reps. I thought I had lost my strenght (as with my arms), for being off so long. Did 6 reps at 575. Did superset of leg curls, and then 6 sets of lunges (fatigue by then).
I have been off since Thursday. I dread work on Monday. A lot of catch up to do :(
