Quiet night

cellboy1. Home on the sofa, passed out watching an old Fred Astaire Joan Crawford movie.
2. Did the Old Style Gym tonight. First Monday night there. Was a good crowd, not packed like the large commercial Bally's.
3. Assortment of men were interesting. One with a Hells Angels shirt and his friend, both huge biceps, and totally tattooed. A bit rough looking. Maybe they just got out of San Quentin? Actually a bit of a turn on (I was meeting a man in Sac awhile back that had prison tats. Very hot. And his prison muscles were even hotter. ;). These I would not take home to mother.
4. Others with tats, big, looking like they would be ready to *tag* a wall (lol).
5. Others were young kids with parents.
6. The owner and a trainer with one of the biggest guns I've ever seen (they compete)
7. The weights are the old fashioned ones, dumbbells with metal grips, not covered in hard plastic. So you really need to grip those well. Bad stereo system, and the ceiling needs new paint.
8 Worked on chest tonight.
9. At 440 last night a friend asked me if I was working with a trainer, it showed. Finally! It is finally paying off. And how long is it taking??? And how much is it costing??? I wish I could speed up the process (easy way out, but life and the bod does not work that way)
