cellboy1. I train on Friday mornings, 6 am with trainer. He calls, last minute, at 5:45 to cancel due to a phone job interview he is having at 6:30.
2 He could of let me know last night, then I could of slept in
3.With windows open all night for 2 days, due to the heat, I have not slept that well. Birds, fire engines, just the hummm of life, has not kept me sleeping soundly. I will get used to it over time
