Fact or Fiction (previous post continued)
May. 18th, 2008 10:55 pmThis is the product that someone at the gym was telling me about. Loaded with vitamins is right. But can it do all these things? Googling brings up lots of opinions. Has anyone else tried this stuff? It does taste good though.

Acai Berries are probably good for you for the very same reasons that other berries are good for you - color. As a rule of thumb, colorful foods have more nutrition than non-colorful foods.
But, is this stuff the absolute "nectar of the gods"? The track record seems to suggest otherwise.
