That really is scary. Seriously, that one looks almost as small as the heel of her stilletto. It makes me wonder how they're even still alive. They look like skin covered skeletons.

I guess it's real. There is a woman that goes to my gym, that is that thin!Sad. Don't know how she has the strenght to do anything. :(
