Drugs help

1. This morning I had my Oatmeal (good carbs) before the gym
I took my usual L- Glutamine drink, 30 minutes before working out
I also took some Virtix. A strength, testosterone booster (I am over 50).
And lots of strong coffee.
2. My chest exercise strength improved tremendously. The bench, negatives, Hammer Strength, Dumbbell press. All strong. And less fatigue
3. Next month my trainer and I are going to test my body. I will Carb (good carbs and maybe some bad ones too) out to the max for one week, and concentrate heavily on power strength exercises. Then the next week hold off, or lower the carbs, and concentrate on protein intake. Will be interesting to see what happens.

Note: This Vitrix stuff (natural veg extracts) I just got is also suppose to, in time, increase libido. eep! My libido is perfectly fine. So that means I will be doubly libido-ed and will be humping everything in sight? LOL! Watch out guys!

On the protein days? You might want to consider Kellogg's Special K Protein Plus with Silk Light Vanilla Soymilk.

I will give it a try. I usually use Go Lean, 13g of protein with Vanilla Soy, and bananas on top :)

The Special K Protein Plus would be 10 grams protein per ounce (29 grams) of cereal.
