annnoyed again
Aug. 17th, 2007 10:02 pmas per the last annoyance post, here's another one.
I often get Uncle Bens or Minute Brown Rice. The instructions, as on most boxes is for a minimum of 2 servings, which is usually enough rice for 3 people. Some other products have instructions for a minimum of 4 servings. So how the fuck am I to taylor it to 1 serving? Yes I know I can refrigerate the extra. I used to actually do pretty well with scaling down to one serving. Rice used to cook perfectly. But lately it has been watery, or hard and under cooked.
So I have two choices, either have leftovers for days, or get a husband to cook for.
Hummmmm. I need a husband! :o)
