1. Went to the gym. My trainer was a bitch (grumpy and negative) last night. But better today.
2. Being on Cipro, and not really working out for a few weeks, I have weakened a lot. After working out, my cough does come back for a bit, then disappears.
3. We did legs, super sets etc.
4. I only leg pressed to 600lbs (12 plates) vs the 18 plates I did last in December. Oh well.
5. I still worked hard, and legs felt like rubber after
6. The straight hunk that I have a crush on (with the arm cast) came up and asked if I did all those plates. He said I'm getting stronger. My trainer said not to pay attention to him. He doesn't know what he is talking about, or doing (I think my trainer is jealous :)
7. Cleaning house, napping, cleaning house, napping.
8. Tonight off to the Powerhouse. Hopefully to meet up with [livejournal.com profile] mudcub. Now what to wear tonight?
9. Was going to do the chaps thing. But maybe not. Leaving my apt building in chaps is a hassle. Since I live an manage the place, seeing the manager walking out in full leather (in the suburbs) can get a bit odd. Usually I put on the chaps, roll up the leg, and put a pee coat on to walk four flights down to the car. So maybe I'll pass. We'll see. I can always put them on at the bar also.
10.FINALLY! I moved my training to Fri/Sat, from Sat/Sun. That way I now can go out Sat nights, and not worry about getting up early. This also helps if I have a one night-er with someone. ;)
