They sent answers sto a few writers and publishers I knw when it first was discovered making excuses and stating they did it intentionally to protect the public, but they left other things-Playboy centerfold in example-out of the removal system. They're now backpeddling and blaming a computer glitch. However they're losing some publishers that will be looking for other avenues to sell their books.
(and while I'm here, let me recommend dreamspinner press, good writing, decent people)
