Dieting and nutrition are a lot like religion. A lot of folks think they know the way to salvation, and they all have their own opposing ideas on what is right and what is wrong.

I try to limit my fats, particular those from animal sources (like beef). I avoid carbonated soft drinks, and stick with tea, fruit and vegetable juice, and bottled water. I try and eat more fruits and vegetables, more whole grains, more salads, more nuts like (almonds and walnuts), and try to make healthier choices whenever I have to eat pre-prepared foods.

That's what I believe, anyway.

I need to really get more on fresh veggies than frozen. I love and used to make lots of salads, and should begin again!
