cellboyI called yesterday to set up an install for a new line for our laundry room (switching machines to a card system from coin system)
1. I upgraded the package for our office, DSL, at the same time, at a rate cheaper than current :)
2. WTF does AT&T have to upgrade my DSL now, instead of after hours?
3. DSL may be down all day. I need to get on Rent page etc!!!!
4. So now I need to check messages, on our company server, at home (good thing is I can do personal stuff at home while on line :)
5. This is still an inconvenience. AT&T has done this before. Several times.
