day off

even though I took the day off, due to Folsom Street Fair, I was home early last night, actually behaved (somewhat... well actually mostly), and up woke up early. So much for sleeping in. With the warm sun yesterday, mixed with a bit of alcohol, and the parties the previous nights, I just started to shut down. No matter how cute a guy was at the fair, I was not interested. I just wanted to go home and veg. I am a bit tired but could not sleep in. Today I get my oil changed, get passport application completed, need signature from my dentist in Palo Alto, and mailed, and later the gym.
Weather is to be sunny (I think). Overcast (fog) with drizzle at the moment.
I am actually not really melancholy, but a bit depressed. Not sure why. In part I know, and am working on it :o)



One important thing accomplished last weekend is that I finally hung most of my pictures up on the walls. YAY! Now I feel settled in. My procrastination (8 months) is slowly dwindling :o)

Awww... Thanks. Just tired from the weekend and of the same old thing we are all feeling these days = lack of a good relationship or BF. But I will keep trying and plugging away. And I have a good close network of friends here, so hanging with them is the next best thing (just tired of waking up holding my pillows (lol). Got most of my chores done today, and just did the gym. So the increased endorphins has made me feel more up. Now looking forward to my big steak and sweet potatoes tonight (comfort food- YUM!)

Ah, finally got the passport thing done? You'll be happy to know that the Canadian passport office has more or less caught up on their backlog, so it won't take as long as you might have been told.

Thanks hun, for your concern. I am feeling a bit better. Just the BF thing; lack of one that is (lol). The passport goes in the mail tomorrow. :o). I should take Mondays off more often. I get so much more accomplished!
