Good thing and bad thing

cellboyWith respect to my very bloody nose last night (which if I had a vampire or Goth blood drinking BF, they would of been in ecstasy)
1. The Doc (one of the nicest I have had in years) took me in right away this am. She did not use the electrical cauterization thing (Kaiser is very conservative) but just some sulfur stuff on a stick.
2. The bad thing is to skip gym till Monday.
3. The good thing is to skip gym till Monday.
4. The good thing is Wed night some muscle hunk (not sure if he was trying to get "friendly"), came up to me and said that my chest has really gotten big in the last few months. I said thank it all to Chris my trainer.
5. So that gave some more motivation to continue, even when sometimes I am not up to the whole thing. So guess a I'm bit disappointed that I have to take gym off for a few days. Well, not too disappointed. I need to eat early tonight so I can go in tomorrow for my Cholesterol blood work Saturday morning anyway. I eat too late after gym stuff.
