Court so far

cellboy1. Met with the DA (who looked like 16 yrs old), told my story, then she sent us home, to wait for their call. They need to present our 3 statements to the Judge, then the Judge decides if this is going to trial, if so, they need to get a jury ready, and then call me sometime in the late morning or early afternoon.
2. So I went to the gym (since my trainer could not make it tonight). There were only 3 others there :)
3. Got home, ate lunch. And just got the call from the DA.
4. The defendant never showed up in court, so the subpoena, had been cancelled, and I am free today. They will need to reschedule, and I will again get subpoenaed later on. Hassle :(
5. So now I'm off work today. Now what shall I do??? :)
