Well hopefully it will stay as a bar. Remember when the sack factory was next door (they are condos now)? Half the patio belonged to the sack factory, and everyone was afraid the property (Sack fac) would sell with the patio and all. Wonder if half the patio belongs to the condos? What happend with that? Or did the Eagle owers buy it or are still leasing that half?
