1. I need to stop staying up late with David Letterman. Yawn.
2. Plus my trainer beat me up last night (is he now watching Biggest Loser?)
3. The elderly Japanese lady that fainted in her tub last year (we (and Firemen) had to break open her door), took me and our maintenance man out for a Susi lunch at a wonderful place on Westborough (the Walgreen's Shopping center). So I am stuffed
4. There is also a packed Vietnamese restaurant (packed with Vietnamese, which is a good sign), that I noticed too, and will have to try next time.
5. What happened? I had only two vacancies. Now within weeks I have 4, with 4 coming up.
6. Two purchased homes, one lost a job, the others have job transfers, or just moved for other reasons :(
7. That means we are on the hot sheet, phone calls recorded (CallSource), and probably shopped
8. No biggie, but would be nice to skate with a full building. But such is the market.
9. Back to work. Is it 6 yet?

At first I read number 5 as being about "vaccines" instead of "vacancies," and I was thinking your doctor's office kept calling you in for more and more vaccinations. And I thought, well this is the first clear evidence of all those rumors you hear about the government getting us ready for the alien invasion, or whatever, by doing this and that to us through vaccinations.

But the apartment building where I live has about five or six vacancies right now, and they've had them for months. I live in the lowest end of the LA market, of course, which I don't think is like your situation. It just seems to be across the board. This is good for me, of course, because it means my rent won't likely go up for a while. If I cared to move I could probably get a good deal somewhere right now.

Vaccines; LOL! Well, the rental market is flat, and like us, it will be a long time before there is a rise in the market; maybe for a couple of years?
