Let's see: 4 sets of seated leg presses 16/18 plates (45lbs each), 4 sets of Hack Squats. 16 sets of lunges, 4 sets of hamstring curls, and 4 sets of leg extensions to failure. Can we say pooped? Someone will have to help be get out of the chair tomorrow/ or off the toilet. My legs will be weak and sore! I am starving! Off to eat and watch American Idol :)
