Quinoa who?
With my orders of supplements from Bodybuilding.com, I get a free subscription to Muscle and Fitness, which have very interesting nutrition articles, and weekly diet suggestions:
One being that Blueberries can possibly reduce belly fat (I have blueberries and non fat Greek yogurt almost 5 days a week). My belly still has fat, but less. Maybe due to blueberries, or just plain exercising. However my belly is a bit bigger this holiday season. Too many good sweets.
Another thing is Quinoa. Rice-like, and is very high in Amino Acids. Bought some from Trader Joe's and tried it last night! YUM! Has a mile spinach flavor. And some great recipes in Muscle and Fitness, and here:
