Penis Inversion Surgery?

This is not the usual post.
Well I guess I had to see it to believe it. I've seen trannys naked with a penis (odd thing to see). But this muscle guy had Penis Inversion Surgery. He says it's the latest body mod craze for bottoms, where the Penis is surgically held in place up inside (probably like the process of sexual reassignment surgery, but with out the addition of hormones to complete the process). Ouch!
This is odd. Not my cup of tea, but interesting to see how far people would go. Bet he had a nice one too :(

I messaged him to ask if the procedure were reversible. He responded, "since they remove a lot of the spongiosim to be able make a penetrable fuckhole it is highly unlikely that a successful full reversal would be possible. So, sorry, it you were thinking about having it done and undone if you didn't like it. lol"

Oh, I agree with you, that´s odd. I can understand if someone is transgender and goes the full way to transform into a man or a woman because he or she feels like caught in the wrong body but this is hard to understand. The guy seems to look hot, but a man, muscular, hairy and good looking man without a chock? I´m confused now.. LOL
