2. So to add to my first disk (Back and Chest), I ordered, the 2nd disk (Biceps and Triceps) with Bob Cicherillo (he used to be on the series Charmed).
3. His instruction is excellent. So I played the disk last night.
3. The only problem is that I end looking at this handsome man, thinking nasty thoughts, not pay attention to what he is saying, then end up wacking off, never to finish the DVD
