cellboyFriend Lee Green and I had a great workout at FitnessSF yesterday. My biceps and triceps are aching! Nice to have a workout partner, to push one to the last rep. My own gym is only 5 minutes away, never crowded (I may be the only one there this morning), but I am considering joining this one too, for weekend workouts. Nice to see some hot eye candy (like 90% of the members). Although a bit of a distraction, it certainly is some motivation! (Don't say it Ho LOL)
