The Weekend and Week so far

cellboy1. This will be a short one, for not much happening. I stayed in most of the weekend, except Sunday, trying to get my cold and whatever in check
2. I didn't do gym until Monday, and it was really light stuff. More reps, lighter weight, and now I'm sore!
3. Last night was my last night of antibiotics, and almost done with the inhalers. Yay! Back to eating yogurt and cheese!!
4. I am not going to take protein drinks for a bit while going back to the gym. Think cycling off of that stuff is probably a good thing.
5. In spite of not doing any gym stuff in over 15 days, I lost 6 lbs! I am eating much the same, but just cutting back on portion size. Plus think those powdered protein drinks didn't help.
6. I did venture out to the Eagle on Sunday for the beer bust. Yep, lines are still long getting in, thanks to the ABC. Saw some familiar faces that I had not seen in a couple of years. I was home early. And to sleep early too.
7. Work wise we are starting to get ready for the owner visits. So I'm making periodic trips to Lowe's to get plants, bark for the planting areas. There was a cute cub working there, with tats on his arms, and a chain around is neck (no lock, so maybe he took the lock off for work?). Of course I had to go down the isle twice to get a look at him. LOL
8. Not sure what is going on with Livejournal, but my settings I think have not changes, but any comments go into the lower body of my main page, with no indication of the number of messages in the "messages" or mail box icon a the top of page. If I get a comment in one of my groups, it shows up in the "messages" or mail box icon. Oh well, I'll figure it out.
9. As for messages, still getting swooped up in Facebook. Since I joined some groups, I am getting slammed by the email notifications. I need to turn that off!
